Question by Garra8765: My brother is really stubborn, what can I do?
I am a 16 year old living with my grandparents and a younger brother. My brother is 14 and has a problem. I have to admit that fighting is not one of my strong suits and my grandparents are not as physically capable to defend themselves when he goes into a rage. He has anger management and is so frikin stubborn that if he wants to take MY Xbox away, he does it and he will fight me for it. And he has been arrested and put in a psychiatric hospital before for assult, but we had to take him out due to the expense. This is really out of hand because he has got it through his head that he can do something and we cant do anything about it. So rule enforcement is gone… He realizes that he might go to jail for assult, but doesnt give a crap. When we say that he says “so? Call the police, i dont care!” but i would like to know if there could be a way to change him psychologically. We have a psychiatrist for both of our ADHD but i dont think we have talked about any of this. So is there a way for me to talk to him or give him a type of “silent treatment” kind of thing i could do to help get this under control? I hate this and wish to get him under control.

He forced Ramirez to go to therapy at Marcus Bachmann’s clinic in Lake Elmo.

There, Ramirez had two sessions with a therapist who told him if he prayed hard enough, and studied the Bible, he would experience a miracle and no longer be gay. Now, Ramirez is speaking out about his experience.

“I want to let people know the kind of clinic that Marcus Bachmann runs,” Ramirez said.
In Ramirez’s first session at Bachmann and Assocites, the therapist asked a series of questions about his background. The counselor wanted to know if there were any unresolved issues from Ramirez’s childhood that might have made him gay, like the fact that his parents had divorced and Ramirez grew up without a father figure.
