The councilman shows area youngsters an exhibit from the Museum of Natural History’s moveable museu that made a stop in Queens. City Councilman Tom White Jr. (D-South Ozone Park), who had represented southeast Queens for more than a decade, died Friday after losing a long battle with cancer.
