Anybody Know of Substance Abuse Treatment Centers in Calais, Maine?

Question by nice_alivia: Anybody know of substance abuse treatment centers in Calais, Maine?
I have a friend who started doing drugs after she was raped. I understand that this is her way of escape, that the trauma has led her to turn to drugs. I made sure that I was always there for her even when she was driving me away. I really did my best to convince her that she’s better off without the drug. Just 2 days ago, she finally saw my point. She says she’ll quit. Now I really want to help her find treatment centers so that she’ll get treated soon.

Oh, I’m so sorry about what has happened to your friend. That must have been really traumatic. It’s really good of you to stay there for her and convince her that drugs would not make her life any better. In fact, turning to drugs will only make her worse off. I’m glad that she has already made up her mind to get herself treated.
