Days Credit: 249 DAYS. ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT ENTERED. ORDER OF PROBATION ENTERED W/SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENT ” what exactly does this mean did he get 8 years or 4 on probation? Both me and his family dont know whats going on but his lawyer told us that he is only to serve 1 year and a half at a juvenile centrr then when he turnss 18 to a work release center. And he just got transferred to a reception diagnosticc center last week. Can someone with experience help me out!

A suspended sentence means as long as he keeps his nose clean, he doesn’t go to prison. He will be on probation for 4 years. if he screws up, he goes down for 8 years.
