I’ve been a major alcoholic for many years. My latest blood test shows enzymes triple what they should be. The only answer I get is “quit drinking.” Well I have. Now what do I do? Will they come back down on their own or not?

Dude, years of drinking deteriorates your health especially being an alcoholic. Simply quitting alcohol and smoking will not get your health back to what it was before you did what you did. Try the website below and good luck to you. Quitting is one step for a better health. Peace bro.
