I can’t afford a doctor and can’t just curl up in a ball for days because I have a new job and can’t lose it!What are some key ways to doing it natural?

It isn’t safe to detox alone, it is best to do it in a controlled clinical setting. If you try to detox alone you’ll use. If you do make it through, without any support such as a sober companion or at least outpatient treatment, you are at very high risk to use again. Seek the advice of a health care provider.

Find a “substitute” for the habit. Ie, use something else like vigorous exercise. Or practice or learn a martial art. Or, use faith in Christ and prayer.
