Question by question: Can people with sczophernia or depression can ever be treated?
Can they live a happy life again without medicines? I know someone with this disease and I want to help. He is very negative and ver depressed and has been on medicine for 15 years. Does he has to eat medicine to be well. he has much improved but not fully well and tend to be very negative. Any tips he can do. Please suggest

If he does not feel that his current medication is fully alleviating the symptoms then he should see a different doctor or discuss it with his current one.

Hi This is one thing i hate with a vengeance where the medical proffession put people onto anti depressants,I had a breakdown and took medication for 2 years it did nothing for me ,I decided one day to stop them all i did this got myself well within 6 months, I know there are cases where people do need a type of medication but my feelings are this, Try taking your friend off this medication very slowly not all at once as this can be dangerous due to the fact hes been having stuff for 15yrs, gosh thats a long time, i wish you good luck and your friend good health, w.w
