How Can I Be Faster at Doing Things and Be More Active?

Question by sangwoo: How can I be faster at doing things and be more active?
I procrastinate a lot and have no motivation to do anything. I just sit in front of my pc for hours. I need to study for school but never feel like it so how do I become more active and be stronger mentally? Don’t tell me to see a psychiatrist or join a club. Thanks in advance.

The secret to getting ahead is getting STARTED!
Get a timer for time on the PC & find an hour or two each day to set aside JUST for studying.
Sleep well and eat well! You will be surprised how much that will help get you the energy you need!

You will find getting up at dawn will give you a boost. Eat a good breakfast and enjoy the peace of the early morning. Without the hassle and bustle of others your brain will work better. Take a power nap mid afternoon if you wish to study more before bed.
