I have to do a research paper on child psychiatrists. I need to know what are some advantages and disadvantages of being a child psychiatrist. Also what are the working conditions like?

Well I wouldn’t know but I would imagine the advantages are that A. You have absolute authority in the situation and you are not dealing with the attitudes and egos of adults. B. The problems of children are more simplistic and children are more resilient if you help them then and there then are adults. The disadvantages A. perhaps you would like a greater challenge, more complex issues, a fully developed person
