This annoying sound has been in my ears for 2 months. It will be very annoying if I don’t take the act to cure it. But I don’t know what treatment is best. I prefer holistic or natural treatment to drugs or maybe surgery. I need to overcome this problem ASAP. Please help.

Tinnitus* involves the annoying sensation of hearing sound when no external sound is present. Tinnitus symptoms include these types of phantom noises in your ears:

Ringing
Buzzing
Roaring
Clicking
Whistling
Hissing
The phantom noise may vary in pitch from a low roar to a high squeal, and you may hear it in one or both ears. In some cases, the sound can be so loud it can interfere with your ability to concentrate or hear actual sound. Tinnitus may be present all the time, or it may come and go.

I was as desperate as you to find the method that might work for my tinnitus. I didn’t take a long time to recover from it (around 7 days or so to get better) and completely eliminated the tinnitus (around 2 months).
