well if they were good friends they would tell them they need to go to rehab immediately or let one of their parents know that their kid is using heroin. heroin is extremely dangerous and very difficult to quit. teachers will be keeping a close eye on the student to see if they are acting strange, and sometimes if they have a feeling that a student is high, they will have them sent to the office to be searched. if the school catches a student with heroin they could be immediately expelled depending on the school policy. ive had a family member who has struggled with it and the way i could tell when they were using heroin was that they always seemed lazy and not very motivated. they would be sick alot of the time from the come downs. the user starts losing muscle mass and becomes very skinny and pale, they can become very moody. you can also check to see if their eyes are dilated. Another way i could tell if my family member was high was that they would act abnormally nice to me, because it was almost like they felt guilty about using and wanted to cover it up. GET YOUR FRIEND TO REHAB NOW BEFORE THEY RUIN THEIR LIFE AND THEIR FAMILY’S LIVES!

If you don’t do it – and don’t plan on ever doing it – then don’t worry about some dude you’re not even sure does it.
