Getting Over Child Abuse?
Question by Abused and Ignored: Getting over Child Abuse?
In the 7th grade things were bad I would be up all night scared to sleep scared that he would hurt me feeling like crap because he insulted me so so so much so I would go into school and they could tell that I was scared because someone would come up to me and I would jump out of my skin and then I would be bullied until I could not take it anymore then I would go home and sleep all day and after that stopped working I would go home and cry and cry then I started cutting and my home life would keep getting worse and worse and the several months later my parents found out I started cutting so they brought me to the hospital and I sat there for 12 hours and then at 4 in the morning they sent me in an Ambulance to another hospital and I was there about 20 min I was scared to death I just wanted it all to stop I wanted to go home and I told them that and the I got even more scared I had a panic attack and the counselor came over and told me to calm down and I just couldnt so he threw me against the wall and hit me and left brusies and then I went home because he knew that if he didnt send me home I was going to call the police. at that point I just wanted to die. THE DOCTOR ABUSED ME! Who could I trust if not a doctor I was deathly scared of the police they reminded me of the abuse because when it happened they would always be called I had no one. So the cutting got worse and worse now everytime I go to the hospital I get really realy scared like its bad and then the counselor at my school called DCF (Child Services) and they cane did nothing blamed me they stayed 3 years and it did not help…
I guess I need someone who has had similar experiances and can tell me how to get over it. Beacuse i have flashbacks everyday it bothers me a lot I cut because of it.
Someone Please Email me thank you

Whoever abused you should have been reported to the police, Child Protective Services and your school counselor. They would have helped you; gotten either him or you out of that house. You can’t live like that. No wonder you’re still messed up inside.
Dr. should have been reported to the Hospital chief of staff, the police, Child Protective, and school also.
He should be disbarred from practicing medicine.
having said all that you have to forgive those idiots. Even if they are far away or dead by now, forgive them. Not for them, but for you. When we don’t forgive, it eats us up inside and you an plainly tell. You are still suffering, so you need to forgive which will bring you the inner healing you so desperately need.
You want to be FREE of all that pain and all those horrid memories.
You are suffering so many issues (no wonder) and from the effects of accumulated stress. Your body and mind are trying to cope but … it’s hard.
A therapist can prescribe mood elevators and muscle relaxers but that doesn’t get to the real problem.
The ONLY one who knows what you are going thru is Jesus. He loves you passionately and wants to be your BFF. He has a super-deluxe custom-made plan for your life that’s beyond anything you ever dreamed of. But He waits for us to ask. Invite Him into your heart, ask Him to take over your life. You will instantly feel better. You are His special masterpiece. He planned for you before He even created the universe.
Watch Him ease the stress and give you peace in it’s place. He is on YOUR side. He never stops thinking about you. His thoughts toward you are more than the grains of sand on the beach (Psalm 139. He loves you more than you can possibly imagine!
Read your Bible, find Christian support groups. Watch Christian programs like Hal Lindsey Report, End Time, Joel Osteen, 700 Club, Daystar and Joyce Meyer (who suffered constant sexual abuse as a child), , TBN TV. Read Christian books, watch Christian DVDs.
There’s so much fascinating information to learn. Jesus loves you. You’ll have fun and the rest of your life will be the very best of your life.
I hope this helps; it sure made a huge difference for me :)
They who seek The Lord shall not lack any good thing. Ps. 34:10
Delight yourself in the LORD and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. Ps 37:4-6
Pour out your heart to Him (Ps 62:8) Nothing you say will shock or surprise God.
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him.” 1 cor 2:9 WOW!!

The first thing you should never do, is to put your email address here, because there are sophisticated abusers everywhere, even on this site. They may tell you they are someone they are not, and hook you in.
Next , the best methods for healing that I know of are on my home page, and theywork very well for healing trauma and much more.
It is too bad that you did not go ahead and call the police when the doctor did that, or hav e some kind of record of it, even though they may have denied it or covered it up. Doctors get away with murder, and many things, quite often, and it is very scary when something happens to a person.
they all tend to stick together, and of course find ways to blame you.
You could talk to an attorney for plaintiffs about if you have a case or if it is too late, or what.
See what they say. Attorneys wil consult for free, to hear your story and decide if they want the case, but you have to make sure of that, so ask. bestlawyers.com taylorring.com
You should try to hire a professional like the ones I have listed to help you.
best wishes
