so i was set up to go to counseling every friday, and im wondering if they drug test you? this isnt a school counseling thing, its out of school

No, but if the drug(s) you are taking make you paranoid and cause you to clam up in counseling, what good will it do?
OTOH, if what you’re using helps you to be more introspective, there’s nothing to worry about.
