Psychological service is counseling from an objective third party to help the client discover the source of their issues and discover better coping skills to manage them. They do not have an MD or perscribe medications. They are confidantes, and maintain complete confidentiality, and they do not judge their clients.

We all have different ways we cope with stress and anxiety. In our minds, we have our reasons and our behavior is justified. Sometimes is can become self-destructive or hinder our ability to function. That’s only because we don’t realize it or know a better way.

A Psychologist will help us by educating us and showing us options we have.
