Can Aderall or Ritalin Be Prescribed for Methamphetamine Withdrawls Like Methadone for Heroin?

No, Aderall and Ritalin cannot be used for meth withdrawls. They’re amphetamine based drugs so to prescribe them is compounding the problem.
Check your local listings for drug treatment centers and see if they have an outpatient treatment program. They’d be the best people to tell you if there are any drugs that can be prescribed for withdrawls.
Also, check your local Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous or Cocaine Anonymous chapters for meetings and get yourself to one pronto. They’re the best people and there are many online meetings if you don’t choose to go to one in person.
