Hello, I live in Tulsa and know several people who work at Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health Systems. I would entrust my life to both of those people.

Also, I heard of someone who was suicidal who got help at Parkside in Tulsa. (on the link below)

Here is a list of other places.

I don’t recommend Family and Children’s Services of Tulsa OK because it doesn’t seem to have helped the 2 people that I know who use their services.

If you live in OKC, try this link:

What’s the Treatment to Heroin Addiction?

Question by jane: What’s the treatment to heroin addiction?
I’m addicted to heroin. The first time I tried using heroin was the night I discovered my boyfriend cheating on me. I was heartbroken and devastated. One of my classmates, Mike, offered me heroin. He said that it’s the best remedy for a heartbreak. I tried it and I didn’t like it at first but I found myself wanting to have it in my system again. I became addicted to it and I love the euphoric feeling that it provides. Just recently, I realized how my addiction to heroin affects my family. I’ve never seen my mother so downhearted and miserable. I want to change. I want to give up my addiction but I can’t do it alone.

Do I Have Child Depression?

Question by : Do I have Child Depression?
I’ve researched it for hours and I haven’t told anyone.
It started off with being depressed once every two weeks or so and now it’s gotten to the point where it’s every night, like a longing to be wanted but like there’s no one else to help you.
I’m not some attention seeking child either.
Some things that might cause this is my exams this year (although I don’t feel stressed by them).
I don’t know what else to say, thanks.
