She refuses to believe it & keeps loosing money and then jumping into another one, believing that these “programs” work but the Govt is evil & keeps shutting them down.
How do I get her to understand that she is wrong & stop her from making more of a financial mess?

All you can do is try your best to convince her its a scam. Lay out the facts to her and then just let ti go. Sometimes you can talk to these people till your blue in the face and it won’t do any good. It’s like a gambling addiction or any other kind of addiction, they have to see the light of day themselves to finally get the point.

the famlies claim “mental Health” issues? Are the police suppose to know the dangerously aggressive person is insane? Are there other stand off options when said person is waving a weapon around or charging at officers?

If liberals had their way, every criminal would be labeled “mentally unstable” or something like that. Or society would be blamed for their behavior…or something. Liberals do not believe in personal responsibility. That is why, in their minds:

Guns and gun manufactureres kill people…murderers do not.
McDonalds makes people fat…stuffing their own faces does not.
McDonalds also burns you…taking a lid off the cup, putting it between your legs while driving does not.
