An inpatient treatment facility……truthfully.
I work for a criminal attorney and see many addicts. The most successful are the ones that have gone in for treatment.

your not going to like it but quitting cold turkey is the best way, find a rehab clinic that can help you, cause when your body goes through the withdrawls it can literaly kill you, but after you make it through that then brighter days are ahead, but first and foremost you have to really want to to stop or the rest is just bull shit
