i used to be so happy, but i dont know lately i have so much stress i dont know what to do anymore. its making me not even be able to sleep. i talk and write about it, and that helps a little. how do i think everything is going to be ok, when i feel so emotional and sad? what do you do? do you always have negative thoughts too?

JUST CHANGE YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES . YOUR USUAL LIFESTYLE WHICH IS BORING . GO FOR A NEW ACTIVITIES FOR A CHANGE , GO FOR A HOBBY THAT WILL MAKE YOUR MIND BUSY BUT ENJOYABLE . BEING SAD AND EMOTIONAL SOMETIMES DUE TO HORMONES .BUT THESE THINGS COULD BE MANAGED WITH POSIVE THOUGHTS AND RELAXING ACTIVITIES.
