Someone close to me has body, facial and verbal ticks when high on meth and it gets worse when coming down.. I not to familiar with thus kind of thing so I don’t know if it’s normal or not.. Please help

Even fairly regular meth users don’t often like to get that spun, as it is even unpleasant for them. (It’s unpleasant to watch, too.) It is normal, for someone with a most severe meth problem. I’m sorry!
I’m not much on the “intervention” idea (well, I’m not opposed to it, it all depends on the individual, and family dynamics, treatment options, etc.) what’s most important is that the person is getting closer to having had enough of it all. If s/he is reaching a point of considering doing something else that would go a long ways toward bringing the addiction to an end.
