tell your parents, and get her help

Answer by ITS OVER 9000!!!
Talk to her, get her to let you in and tell her none of it leaves your conversation. Then you tell your parents but DO NOT and I can’t stress this enough DO NOT LET YOUR PARENTS TALK TO YOUR SISTER AT ALL ABOUT THIS. You convince your sister to seek help by talking with your parents, have them act surprised about it and by that point in time they will have already come up with a solution to slightly nudge into conversation without revealing they knew. Plan it delicately and carefully, you don’t want your sister to think you betrayed her trust but you want her to know you care about her by trying to get her to talk with your parents.
