Try doing without the glass of nightly wine for one week. No excuses. If you are alcolol dependent prone, you won’t be able to do this. Excuses will abound, “I’m not alcololic anyway why take this stupid test.” Also if you go without the drink for a week, evaluate your mood. Do you miss the time at night when you drink the wine, are you uncomfortable during this week. On end, nervous, edgy. If yes, you just may have a problem. Stay away from the booze.
