okay if someone had a coke problem&&spent a year in rehab then they were clean for about 6 months&&fell into a relapse one night, would it be necessary for them to go back to rehab? is it realistic that they realized their mistake and didnt have to go back to rehab?

I don’t think you need to gamble with your life. You’re so close to getting off, but I think that you need to go back to rehab. This isn’t a risk you need to take.

For your health’s sake go back to rehab.

that’s always a toss-up. i have a rather cynical view. rehab, if it works, contributes little to a person changing. i’ve known people who went through rehab numerous times. it’s said, once a junkie, always a junkie. until a person makes a conscious decision to change the way they live, they will continue to repeat the errors and self-destructive nature that makes them who they are.

so, it’s possible “they realized their mistake,” what matters is what they want to do about it, whether they have enough strength of character to never repeat the error.

i suggest yoga.
