Check out myfooddiary.com. Yes, you do need to pay for it (after the free first week), but it’s only 9 dollars/month. AND it’s absolutely amazing! You’re able to research foods, exercises, and anything you want with the addition of the site actually personalizing the food and exercises you as an individual would need to do to lose the exact weight you want.
Pretty much what you would need to do is simply input your physical info once, then start inputting the specific food (what the food is and the brand) you eat everyday. Then, at the end of the day, it tells you how many calories, sugars, etc. that you’ve had that day, how many you should have, what you might want to add or subtract from your diet, and what you should try doing tomorrow. It basically just teaches you what to do along the way. It’s a really great cite, and not at ALL expensive.

Try it out for a week, the first one is free anyway :) if you don’t like it, you don’t need to do it.

No one wants to be obese in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some can’t help it
If I could fix it I would make overfeeding or bad nutrition considered child abuse and fine parents you have obese children. When their children reach age 15 they can make their own dietary decisions so a parent will not be fined after that point. Excuses granted if a child has a condition or takes a certain medicine that causes weight gain.
Probably because it sucks being fatter than everyone else and Ive been there. Maybe if it was made a law my parents would give me carrots instead of Doritos for lunch and I would of never gotten as fat as I was or developed hypothyroidism.
