Question by Ms Awesome: What are some good health topics for a college health paper?
I have to write a paper for my health class and I cannot think of a topic. I want something interesting that isn’t as typical as “obesity” or “issues of teenage drinking”. I almost want something taboo but something I can have a theory on.

I would say how it is important to take vitamins. Also, What types of foods are the best to eat. How anxiety is reduced by walking. Another thing that is an important idea to use sunscreen when outside to prevent cancer.

How about the dangers of “huffing” (fumes or chemical vapors) or the risks of “the choking game” (which includes forced hyperventilation. Field experts have referred to the above behaviors as “Chemical Russian roulette” and “Suffocation roulette”, respectively.
