Your question is vague, a better explanation of what you mean would be welcome.
Determinants? Economical, Racial, Ethical, Religious Affliations?

I would be very weary of making generalizations. A safe thing to say is that people of poor education would be most susceptible to contracting HIV. They are less likely to think about the dangers of STDs and much less likely to know about these dangers.
