The AA rate is much better for people who do the steps.
Find a good NA or CA meeting and stick to it.
You also need to find a sponsor that will help you and will be around to answer your questions.Work just at hard at stoping as you did getting the substance and you will do better than 18 %

Go to inpatient if your insurance covers it or you can find a free program ( they are out there you have to look) Usually a month of rehab is good,but the longer the better.If you can only get a few days at least it’s a start.
12 step programs are good,but not for everyone.It’s a good way to start & meet other sober people. You can NOT continue hanging out with the same people you used with !! So the meetings are a good place to find new people, find ones with at least 1 year sober & don’t go looking for romance ( guarenteed failure). But meetings can also get on peoples nerves so I suggest if you start getting annoyed by others in the group look for something else.Could be just a different group or another program.( check your local paper there are many other programs) But keep the sober friendships.
The one I think is the best is Woman for Sobriety or Men check their website to see if any are in your area
