What Is Worse HEALTH WISE: Weed or Alcohol?

Question by bluebullet23: What is worse HEALTH WISE: Weed or Alcohol?
I’m in a fierce debate with my father and my older brother. They are worried that my future will be affected even if I smoke pot sparingly, say twice a month. However, my Dad drinks much more than I do, let alone drinks more than I smoke weed. I want to make a valid arguement:

Which poses the most health risks: Smoking pot once a month, or consuming Alcohol once a month?

Please don’t mention things like Alcohol causes domestic abuse, or Pot leads to laziness. I want the Health risks.

Well alcohol is proven to cause liver problems, right off the bat. Prolonged use can give you cirrhosis. Too much at once can cause alcohol poisoning, which can lead to death.

Weed doesn’t have any proven health risks, besides weakened lung use when smoking it, just like smoking any other thing. It’s not proven that it can cause cancer or any brain cell loss. Nobody had ever died from smoking weed before.
