Excessive amounts of alcohol or smoking marijuana, which is worse. this is only say in one sitting, not a regular thing. On that non regular basis which would prove worse

Provided there is no trigger for mental illness from the psychotropic effects of THC, alcohol is , without a doubt, more damaging to the body.

It really depends on the person but generally alcohol. It is very possible to have an allergic reaction to marijuana and not alcohol which in that case marijuana would be more dangerous in one sitting. Over time however in moderation alcohol is better. In small amounts it is good for your heart where as smoking will cause lung cancer, that won’t happen though if you eat it.
