Any california or texas cops to answer this question? Why do some people get the “special treatment”.

I drive for a living and I have a spotless record. I’ve been pulled over twice for going 5-8 mph over the speed limit twice this year. Both times I got warnings. I have no idea why, but I’m grateful!
