Why Does Being Miserable Make Me Happy? Has Anyone Else Ever Felt This Way?
Question by .: Why does being miserable make me happy? Has anyone else ever felt this way?
It may sound messed up, but for some reason when I’m miserable, I feel content, maybe even happy. It seems as though I’ll try to find things to make me miserable on purpose, just because it’s somewhat of a comfort zone for me. Well… I don’t want to make myself miserable anymore, because it’s twisted and messed up. I just want to be content all on my own. Has anyone else ever felt this way?
How should I change?
