Question by kelly: can depression be help thru natural resources and is going to see a therapist about depression only for others
In my family no one acknowledges that they are depressed and it forms into violence substance abuse or promiscuity I havent fallen to anything yet but the older i get i just want to feel better and not think of death as my only option how do i get rid of these feelings my family is better at ignoring a problem i just cant do that any longer it really killing me

It depends on the cause of the depression whether the best solution is talk therapy or meds. It may even be another disorder that is causing these depressive feelings.

If you are getting thoughts of death etc it is serious and you need to see a doctor, rather than go the natural therapy route, as you don’t want to risk leaving it and it getting to the suicidal stage.

My best advice is to talk honestly with your doctor about this, and he/she will advise you what is the best thing to do. Good luck!

So many people run from the truth and from GOD but there is only real help through him and his son Jesus the Christ! Everything else is just an illusion and the devil and his millions and millions of fallen angles shall continue to make you feel inadequate! That’s right demon filled human, run! Run as fast as you can from this because its holly and you can’t stand anything holly! No I’m not nuts, just truthful and deep down inside you know it, just like I do and believe you me, I’m not the best person in the world but at least I know the truth and am not afraid to admit it! Good luck with the battle! Oh and by the way, if you continue to seek help in people, you won’t find real help because just look at us and how screwed up we are! laterrrrr!
